Senior Mom Shindig Recap

Yesterday I had the pleasure of hosting an event that was very personal to me. As my oldest is graduating from Argyle High School, where we have been since Kindergarten, I thought to myself that it would be fun to have a time of celebration with all of the moms. An event just for us – the ones who have served on the PTA, played taxi, cheered from the bleachers, all these years.

So that is exactly what we did! We had a Senior Mom Shindig at Denton Country Club. It included a mimosa bar sponsored by Sedo Laser, an Argyle trivia game to win fun prizes, lunch, and photo booth.

The highlight was a Q&A panel of “seasoned moms” who have launched kiddos before us, and they provided some valuable advice. Then we heard from Janna Weaver Nutrition & Wellness who shared some helpful healthy eating tips for our students.

It was a day I will always cherish. I am blessed to be able to do a lot of my real estate business in the town where I have chosen to raise my family. Many of the moms at this event have also been clients and referral partners over the years – but most of all they are friends.
