stephaniewilsonIf you’ve driven down 377 after dark, you have probably noticed a large, beautifully lit building on the hill off Country Club Road, across from Denton Country Club. That’s the Santé Center For Healing, and it has been a vital part of our Argyle community for nearly 30 years.
What many may not know is that Sante Center is one of the longest-running, premier addiction treatment centers in the country—right here in our backyard! With addiction and substance abuse affecting 1 in 3 families, it’s comforting to know that such a reputable facility is available close to home. Families often want their loved ones to seek treatment nearby, and Sante Center offers both residential and intensive outpatient care for individuals aged 18 and up, with many levels of care to meet different needs.
Led by Sam Slaton, CEO and co-owner, who has also served as Argyle ISD school board president for many years, the Sante Center is dedicated to serving our community. As Slaton puts it, their heart is in being a resource for the community—whether or not you or your loved one ends up seeking treatment there. Addiction, when left untreated, can be a fatal disease, but you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
